Pain all over 2 weeks post-op

I have what I can only describe as painful bruised like pain on my arms, butt, and legs. There's no actually bruises but just setting my arm down or laying in bed hurts. I don't get it? I have no incision pain but my skin hurts all over? It seems to be getting worse the farther out I get. Help?

I have the same problem. Doc said sometimes our bodies have a delayed pain reaction after anesthesia. So weird.

  • I had it too and it went away after a few days.

If you haven't already, I suggest consulting your physician. Sending positive thoughts your way...

Did you call you physician?

No, I haven't called my doc. I'm out of town for a few days. I will when I get back in a couple days.

I feel much better now. My doc said it was due to fat and/or muscle dying that use to protect you from certain movement.
