I have heard about people using coconut oil but did not know how I would react so I am also curious how we would use it.

I also have a bunch of do terra I'd like to use to if anybody has any suggestions on how to use it with our new diet and lifestyle.

I use coconut oil all the time and have had no issues with it. I use olive oil for cold purposes and coconut for hot cooking. I am almost 6 months out and I have only had one stall that lasted 4 weeks, besides that I average 4 lbs a week weight loss and so the use of these oils has not hurt anything for me. Your body will tell you if you can tolerate it.

I'm 19 months out and I love coconut oil! I use a little it to pop my evening popcorn it gives it a really good flavor. Just keep it in moderation, as with any fats, and you should be fine.
