I had my surgery June 15. My weight was 280 on the day I started my pre-op full liquids (June 9) I lost down to 253.6 as of June 23. On June 24 it showed I had gained 1.4 lbs. I have been stalled at 255 ever since. I am walking 3 miles a day and still on full liquids. I mainly have my Protein shakes with a little Soup during the day. I'm confused as to why I have not continued to lose. Anyone have this experience or any suggestions? I'm feeling very defeated
