  1. I honestly found the post op lifestyle to be easier than I expected. I think think the hardest part is going out to eat because I'm scared to get sick so I just take my own snack or food! I'm staring to get sick of that though!! Anyone else run into this problem?
  2. That's good! I just stick to what works Hahahah someone is always willing to eat my left overs
  3. That's a good idea, Ryan
  4. It's actually gone super easy Hahahah it's easier than I thought so when I hear everyone's complaints on how hard and painful it is I wana laugh because it's so much easier when you follow all the instructions
  5. It's the best thing! I think all docs should do it! It makes life so easy
  6. It's just for his practice like it's not published for others! I think all surgeons should do the same. You can look him up if you want, check his site there's so many good things on it. Dr. Monash, Tucson Bariatric
  7. My surgeon wrote a book for us patients and it's everything and anything you'd want to or need to know for post op life!! It's my bible I don't eat any bread either lol none!
  8. Honestly I stick to the diet the surgeon suggest lol I live off cottage cheese, chicken in a can, my premier protein shakes of course, a thin slice of turkey lunch meat with a slice of Munster cheese. I have cod so routine is easy. I find what works and stick to it & I'm healthy & exceed my water goals and protein goals. I want to be back to a 4-5 jeans so whatever it takes on doing. I drink around 65+ oz of water and 3 protein shakes with 30grams of protein each.
  9. My family didn't think I needed to but I decided I didn't wana be a size 14-16 forever I wanted to be back to my old self
  10. Like 60+ at one day shy of three months out I believe. I only weigh myself when I go for doc visits per the docs request. Helps me have something to look forward to and strive for
  11. Be careful! My surgeon forbid them!!! Make sure you're taking your time, mama! Don't wana hurt yourself!
  12. I've not hit a stall yet THANK GOD!
  13. That's a good idea! Lol I'm lucky my parents let me pick around their plate hahah it makes it easier ????????????
  14. I usually do good and I've never gotten sick in public or anything. I just would rather not eat food food in public lol miso soup is my bff! I'm three months out & I can handle pretty much anything but I don't ever wana risk it lol

    TMI! Question

    Drink more water. Easy peasy.
  18. Did your surgeon say booze is ok now? Mine said its ok a month out but since I'm a mom I don't drink but I would assume it's safe if it's sips
  19. It makes sense tho, I'm in the medical field & I know they only pay for procedures if they're "medically necessary" since having a tummy tuck isn't life or death insurances don't generally cover it. Keep trying though!
