Starting my three day, all-liquid fast in a couple of hours!!!

Had one last food funeral last night and all it achieved was giving me heartburn!

New life is around the corner.

I'm getting sleeved on June 30 too Excited, nervous, etc. but looking forward to it all. I don't have to do clear liquids until Monday. My program has had me doing a 2 protein shake a day plus a lean meal for the last 2 weeks.

All done and just laying here! I wouldn't call what I feel is pain, but I'm really sore and my new tummy doesn't like anything put in it. I slithered jello, broth and water down it and it spasms every time. Two hours to eat a microscopic amount. But I praise the Lord I had this opportunity to get ahead of my health issues before they're too bad! I'm on the losers' bench!
