WHATS REALLY GOING ON?!

Hey there. I'm 2 1/2 mos. out and I'm only down 34lbs. It takes about a wk for my scale to move just 1lb. ????

I'm getting in all my water (70) I'm getting about 60-70 protein. & I'm eating about 900-1000 calories a day not doing more then 40 carbs. And I'm going to the gym about 4x a wk 1 hr.

So what's really going on. ??!

you dont want to lose too fast. that will cause more excess skin than u will probably already have, especially if weight lifting isnt in your regimen. for the average person who hasnt had WLS it is recommended that they lose slowly, 1-2 lbs for healthy, steady, and long term weight loss. people who are heavier will lose faster than you. thats just the way it is. if you go off of others, u will drive yourself crazy. worry about yourself only. like a previous poster said, it doesnt matter in the end how long it took. as long as it's gone.
