I opted to purchase mine from my local health food store. I take a liquid multi-vitamin, liquid calcium, liquid iron and a sublingual B-12

I take Bariatric Advantage - Ultra Formula with Iron. It's a capsule but it is a rapid dissolving type. It looks big at first but it actually dissolves before it even hits your stomach.

I take bariatric advantage as well, the serving size is 3 horse pills. I take one, with a gummy multi-vitamin, and a b12 dissolve tablet. Just got my labs back today and they are great! Except my b12 is off the charts, maybe I will ax the dissolve pill
