Hi everyone June 17th makes 3 months for me post op surgery I am down 53lbs, but I have hit a stall for like 2-3 wks, what can I do to get the weight to start back falling off, I have 83 more lbs I wants to loose

How many calories are you eating now? Eating too few or too much could be the issue, but 50+ pounds is awesome. It's not a race, you don't want to overburden your body

I'm 2 1/2 months out and down 34 lbs. so it sound like ur doing pretty good. Give your body time to catch up. It will start coming off again.

Yeah me to. I was looking in mirror and thinking there is no amount of diet or exercise that's going to get rid of that. ????
