I have been researching Protein drinks and found Muscle Milk Low Carb. I have bought a couple of flavours but was wondering about the carb to protein ratio. Is the following okay as I am thinking about having this pre op and post op when I can too?

14.7 carbs
237 K calories
If i had two a day (pre op) and broth for the last meal would this be enough?
