Dropped about 10 # prior to surgery then another 20 in two weeks post surgery. Now, for the past 5 days there has been no change at all. Is it unusual for a plateau to hit this early? I'm back to swimming 5 days/week so maybe I'm regaining muscle? Yesterday I started measuring chest and waist to monitor changes there. Is it possible to eat too much? I'm on solid food but consists of things like a Protein bar, egg, chicken breast, small steak, cottage cheese, etc. Not all in one day of course. Point is that I'm eating the right foods.
