I'm way too full

So I'm in day 3 of my soft foods and every time I eat I'm stuffed. I'm only eating about 3 spoonfuls but It seems as if I skip over the satisfied feeling and Go straight stuffed. Am I doing something wrong any suggestions?

That was my normal at that stage.

I'm 3 weeks post op sleeve. And that is still normal for me. I go str8 to stuff after 3 or 4 spoon fulls. Try waiting longer in BTW spoonful.

I had to weigh my foods at that point. I was great with 2 oz and anything more was too much. I still weigh food, it is easier than dealing with that stuffed up to my esophagus feeling.

I used a baby spoon when I started pureed foods. Two to three spoonfuls was all I could eat on day three. When I was on soft foods, day three (two weeks later), I still used the baby spoon and was only able to get in 4 or 5 bites.

It's normal.
