Low Sodium V8 on preop diet?

I'm curious if anyone was able to drink low sodium V8 on their preop diet? My list says I can have have sugar free drinks, but doesn't list anything similar to it. The V8 is the small can and has 30 calories. I have been really craving one ! I used to drink them daily.

Thanks :)
