Day 9

Still wishing I could have a taco salad or a spoonful of peanut butter. I guess I'm mourning food. I hope I can enjoy what limited amounts of food I can eat in four weeks... And that I don't attack a spoonful of peanut butter. I know I won't. But I will be miserable thinking about it.

I lovvvvvve Peanut Butter, but I found early on that it would catch in my throat I could not drink enough Water by volume, to wash it down. I had to wait a while before I tried it again.

I'm day 10 and can't have peanut butter for 9 more weeks. Syntrax makes a peanut butter cookie protein drink. I'm considering trying that.
