Check with your surgeon. Better safe than sorry.

    Your surgeon usually gives you instructions at discharge as to what things to call for. Most often it is a temp > 101. It is normal to run a low grad temp...it is your body's natural response to the inflammation caused from surgery. You can always check in with the nurse at the Dr office and let them know what your temp has been.
