So I had my surgery two days ago, June 1st, and I must say I have been in more pain than I expected and than what I have heard others discuss. I am not sure if it is just really bad timing ( female troubles the day after surgery!) or if this is normal and I am just a baby when I comes to pain. I am having problems getting in all my fluids and protein. So far today I have only gotten in around 20 oz of fluids and less than 10 grams of protein. According to my food tracker I have only had 65 calories today!!!! This is crazy. I do feel better then I did yesterday though, so I guess that's positive. Anyone else experience this level of restriction initially or this level of pain. When I walk I feel that I need to hold the bottom of my stomach, like I have no muscle control and everything is going to fall out! Sleeping is sucks too, I only get a couple hours at a time. It's really hard to lay all the way down. Oh well, enough of my complaints. I know this will get better soon.........????
