You look fabulous!!!
That 100 lbs. is a great way to keep things in perspective :)

Does anyone know how much weight loss is typical ? I'm three months and one week post op and I'm down 80 lbs since surgery is that considered good or not enough?

It all depends on your beginning weight. The higher your BMI, the more you will lose. Especially in the beginning. The closer you get to goal, the weight you lose each week will slow down. There is no "typical" in this process.

Congratulations...

congrats!!!
