Crap!

I'm getting close to a month post op and after a VERY active day I said, screw it I'm having this half cup of pasta, it's soft, I haven't had any carbs today....... After eating it hit me, "Shit, this is going to expand." Is this going to hurt?????

My Miss Tummy taught me a few lessons about that. If I eat something she disagrees with, she will punish me for hours and then all is right with my world again.

I have found that lying on my side helps when my stomach gets upset. Also a couple of Tums may help.

It will pass. Hang in there.

It's been about an hour and I don't feel a thing! Thank god. It's certainly easy to forget some of the simplest things....
