Too Much? 6 days post op

I'm on day 6 post op and feeling really good today. But not sure if I'm taking in too much or just enough. I'm on full liquids still and today I had a 32g protein shake for breakfast, been drinking water with syntrax nectar 23g of protein in it, had 1 whole plain Greek yogurt for lunch (which I haven't been able to finish one of until today). Continued to have my nectar water and then had a tiny bit of broth at dinner - maybe 1/4 cup. Should I count that as dinner or still go for one more protein shake? I know I can't stretch my new stomach with liquids but feel a little unsure. Any help would be appreciated!

What is your protein goal? When I was on clear and full liquids I didn't go to bed until I finished all my protein for the day. If you are short of your goal by all means have another shake or yogurt.

Liquids won't stretch the pouch, that's what I have been told.

Ok great. I am supposed to have 70g a day. I'm at 70! So I'm good then!
