I agree. This journey for me so far has been 90% about what is going on in my head. A positive attitude makes everything so much easier. (Of course, it has taken many years to get to this point.)

So many points. The ladies I work with seey struggles mentally. I see the weight loss in my clothes, but i don't see it on me in the mirror. One of them said we need to go shopping and I think that's my biggest fear. What if I go and grab a 22 and have to get a 24 still. It's my mind playing games on me. I am scared of me!
