I have a million samples and I am going through them everyday trying to find a few I like too. So far I like click mocha and vanilla latte. They make It in decaf. It has 15 grams of protein which is on the light side but I mixed it with milk and it was fantastic. I also had the syntax nectar sweets double stuff cookie. That was super good too. I am not a fan of the syntax grape...horrible. Go to my bariatric pantry . You can order a lot of samples there. Good luck

I like Pure Protein- 23 grams protein chocolate (Walmart) and Premier Protein - 30 grams protein (Walmart and Walgreens) best wishes!

My sugary is 6/3. I have not been put on a pre-op diet except for day before is all liquids. I have been planning a few "last meals" of foods I know will be very limited when I start my new healthy life. Is this normal? Wrong?
