I'm not at that stage yet but could the chewable vitamin pill be blended into a smoothy to mask it somewhat?

I was allowed day 2. Been taking 10 a day with no problems. Im now 5 days post-op.

When can you start swallowing Vitamins instead of chewables? I can't keep my chewables down. They gag me. I have vomited almost every time I take one. Have stopped until 2 week follow up to discuss.

You need your vitamins and supplements. Especially early on. We are eating much smaller amounts of food than we used to, our healing bellies need Protein and our bodies need the extra nutrients we are no longer getting from food. I wouldn't wait until a follow up appointment. I would call and get an answer to this immediately.
