Here's the best part of this...I have no guilty pleasures. I eat anything I want. I just do it sparingly and in doing that, without the guilt. For me, the guilt was always the amount I ate...or tha

  • None. I have stopped associating food wth guilt, I refuse to spoil my occasional treats by regretting them afterwards. There is no food I never eat!

I'm partial to ice cream, too ... I discovered Zilch low-fat, reduced sugar vanilla bean ice cream a few months back and always keep a container of it in the freezer. It's fairly pricey, but definitely worth it: real vanilla instead of just vanilla flavour, soft and creamy and the sugar stats are way better than the Weight Watchers vanilla ice cream. I'll occasionally have a scoop of that with some frozen raspberries, or a "healthy" affogato, with a shot of decaf espresso.

Chocolate! ... and I don't feel guilty!

I luv chocolate, and not feeling guilty at all!

I cannot imagine a world without red wine. I've given up smoking and sugar and starches, but I will allow myself a glass of wine once or twice a week.

My doctor said a glass a day is good for us women to prevent struck so hey enjoy it in moderation..

CANNOT keep chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream in the house. it's my kryptonite--i overeat it every time. and i eat it till its GONE. everything else i can pretty much do in moderation.
