Food

I am 3 weeks out and I have been told to try and do no sugar items for as long as I can which I have been doing good with. My question is I am craving watermelon. I know that turns into sugar but I realize there is good and bad sugar. Is this something I should still stay far away from or not? The craving I am thinking could b telling me I still need more water I am assuming too?

hi NewMrsSmith - at two weeks out I was having melon with my yogurt. Of course it was small small amounts but I liked honeydew, cantaloupe and watermelon with my yogurt. Really yummy combo for me.

Thank you all for commenting. Will try and wait a little longer on watermelon. I do put blueberries and strawberries in my yogurt now and that helps me get through the yogurt! Thank you!!
