Second 5k

So excited that I completed my second 5k and cut my time by 5:50!! It's amazing the physical activity my body can do now! So grateful that I signed up for another 5k in June, a 10k in August, and a 10k in November.

I actually decided to use 5 KS to show my progress by doing one every month . My first is at the end of this week which is 2 and a half weeks before surgery

  • Yay, congrats! They are addictive. I have a 5K coming up in 2 weeks. Keeps my workouts focused when I have something to work towards.

I used an app couch to 5k. I did not start training until around 5 months. Before that I walked, walked, walked.
