Vitamin pills- do you swallow?

I am allergic to gelatin so all of the gym vitamins are out. I am just about 3 months post op and took Centrum multivitamin this morning- uncut. Went down fine. Is there anyone that takes pills? I tried cutting them in half and gag on them.

I was cleared to swallow pills at one month post op and have been taking regular vitamins ever since.

I swallow too. Never had a problem.

I use chewable vitamins, Optisource bariatric. Those are just the vitamins recommended by my NUT. They don't taste too bad, so i have no trouble taking them.
