Don't feel bad! Yogurt is kind of considered a liquid, so you can put away a little more. And Chobani is good!

@@judyoz Oh my! a WHOLE container of Chobani yogurt. (lol this made me snicker!) I can eat a whole container of light and fit yogurt!! And I was glad I did!! It really does go down pretty easily, and is a great way to get your Protein in. You are NOT a pig. Silly!!

Greek yogurt = great choice! Mashed potatoes = eh... not so much. Try to stick with the great choices!

I like the Dannon Light and Fit Greek. 80 calories 12 proteins!! Key Lime!!!!!

I love the Dannon Light & Fit. I don't even have a favorite, but I have the cherry in my fridge right now. When I get the Key Lime my husband eats it all : )

Thats fine. Just make sure you are choosing the lower sugar varieties. I only get the ones with under 100 calories from chobani. I often get the plain and just mix in flavored Protein powder.

i like to put some honey bunches of oats cereal in my yogurt - not a lot but just a little crunch - sometimes i get some granola to put in it but if i just have the cereal then i do that - but i like it plain as well. And i can eat the whole container too!! LOL :P

I eat an entire Dannon Light & Fit Greek every day at work. The first time I tried it after a week post op I could only eat 1/2 but I'm 3 months post op and can eat the entire thing now. I still take it slow though
