Pain!

My sleeve yesterday was SOOO PAINFUL! Whew! I need some encouraging word to get me threw this! No regret. Just pain.

Try and sleep through it! Sleep walk sip sleep walk sip! I've heard some people even took Benadryl with pain meds to sleep off the first couple of painful days! Hope you feel better! Sleep walk sip!

As red as your bruises are, I'd put cool compresses on it to prevent the bruise from spreading any more. Once you see a light yellow tinge forming around the edges, go to a warm compress to help your body resorb the blood. It should take a couple days with cool, a couple more with warm.

Yes. I'm slightly icing. It helps me sleep. Which I know is weird. I'm so grumpy and weak. But still happy
