  1. You can totally do it!!! Good news is diet is 80% of fitness so once you master that, working out you can build up to doing more and more!!!
  2. That's so awesome and inspiring!!!! Congrats!
  3. I take it but dilute it down with water since its carbonated.
  4. I had a low BMI starting out of like 30 so I expected weight loss to be slow but it's not its rocketing off!!! I'm 5'9 HW 207 SW 200 CW 163!!!! That's 44 pounds in just under 11 weeks ???? I'm working out super hard and counting carbs! I do cardio 3-4 times a week and lift weights 5-6 times a week. The hard work is paying off the weight is melting off!!! I tried on jeans at a store yesterday and was in a size 6 again!!! I can't believe it!!! I follow the rules to a T! I have not had a single cheat or carb that is not from fruits and veggies! I eat super clean and it's working!!! Good luck everyone. What a awesome tool this has been for me and can be for you as well!!!
  5. 163 today. The weight is falling off with all the exercise!!!
  6. I've passed my goal can I change it to 150!? 163 today!!!
  7. June 8th surgery HW 207 SW 200 CW 166!!!!! Doing great, working out 5-6 days a week strength training weight lifting and cardio a few times a week! I'm so excited my body is coming around and it's a amazing feeling! I'm definitely working for it but it sooooooo worth it. I've got my diet figured out I'm low carb on less active day's high carb on cardio days getting in 100 plus gms of Protein a day and a gal of Water a day. The weight is falling of I'm so stinking proud happy and excited!!! It's not easy but it's very rewarding to see the results!
  8. What's in it for sweetness?? Sucralose (Splenda) can stall you. I use "about time" it's from GNC its sweetened with stevia so it's a little better. I have to be careful with artificial sweeteners they are bad news.
  9. Yesterday Monday 8/17 166.4
  10. I was a food addict just like you describe! I'm proud to say I've kicked the habit! Food has become to me a means to fuel my body. My hunger is way less than it used to be I can control it. Eating is less enjoyable than before it's hard to explain. I'm 8 weeks out and down to 167 from 207. I eat super low carb and that helps with craving bad crap. Once you have it done your feelings about food change completely! Plus your body detoxes from all the crap and you feel different and foods taste different. It's pretty cool!
  11. Stop all artificial and sugar free products you'll stop craving. Every 3-4 days I allow myself high carb days I eat agave and honey treats and tons of fruit. I have zero sweet cravings once I stopped artificial sugars.
  12. I count them meticulously!!! I have zero carb Protein powder I mix with almond milk with has 1/2 a carb in 8 oz. and for my meals I eat chicken, eggs, tuna, pork loin, ground chicken etc all that have very little to no carbs. The carbs I do get come from green veggies but I'm usually full from my 2-3 oz of lean meats so my carb intake is low. To which I contribute loosing 30lbs in 5 weeks Oh and there are a few carbs also in my Fiber gummies also but I have to have my fiber lol@@alindsey What make of fiber gummies do you get and do you rate the sugar free ones?I was taking just a generic cvs brand. I counted those few carbs in with my other carbs.I actually stopped taking fiber though because we need more insoluble fiber not soluble fiber from the supplements. Soluable fiber like in supplements I read can actually make constipation worse (I've had extreme issues with this!) I get my fiber from flaxseeds blueberries (on carb cycling days, berries are pretty low carb though) and other seeds and nuts.
  13. Monday 7/27 175lbs
  14. Put the yogurt away! To many carbs! Eat cottage cheese instead. Try isopure zero carb protein mix with almond milk. Cut out the carbs and you will loose weight with the quickness.
  15. No I meant 6/8 lol June 8th.... I'm tired lol. How much have you lost? I'm super excited to be at 175 it's a dream come true! I can't wait to be at 150 though!!!
  16. I'm great HW 207 SW 200 (6/8/15 sleeve date) CW 175!!! 7ish weeks out I'm feeling fantastic I'm back to work feeling full and satisfied most of the time (except head hunger battles lol). Starting with a personal trainer next week! I'm excited and happy and surprised by how easy this really is now!
  17. I do almond milk because regular milk has tons of carbs.
  18. 6 weeks it was perfect for me as a nurse my job is super physical so it was plenty of time!
  19. How long did you guys wait to swim in the ocean or swimming pools? I'm at 6 weeks my incisions look healed but are very red still. The docs say 4-6 weeks. I'm scared of infection though. What did you all do, how long did you wait?
  20. Does every single person experience hair loss?? And when?? I've heard around the 3 month mark!? I'm really hoping I don't loose any but it is a small price to pay in the long run I know! I'm at about 6 weeks with no hair loss yet (knock on wood).
