Thank you

I didn't enjoy baby food at all. But I loved loved loved Cream of Wheat. I had to thin it out quite a bit w/ skim milk but at that phase, it tasted so good to me (I added cinnamon too). I also enjoyed fat-free cottage cheese and fat-free refried beans w/ low fat cheese.

Cheese

Cottage Cheese w/ pureed Peaches or Pears

Mashed Green Beans, Cauliflower, Potatoes, Yams, Bananas

Homemade Applesauce w/Cinnamon

Pureed Beans (Great Northern, Butter, Pinto)

I did not like baby food. I pureed: Soup, chicken salad, egg salad, Wendy's chili. I also had yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, hummus. I still drank 1 Protein shake a day to help make sure I got in my Protein.

Hummus, grits, chicken broth, cream of wheat.
