I am craving it like I am pregnant. I love PB and I have really missed yogurt & fruit the last 12 days - pre-op diet bites ;/ just sayin'

Anybody else out there struggling with one particular food on the pre-op????

Peanut Butter is actually good for you, my nutritionist made me use it. the natural peanut butter which there are now much more of as well. i do find the natural stuff is uber sticky and i miss drinking some milk to wash it down but its still not a bad choice if youre allowed and in the right stage, right type and right amounts. 'good luck! i want french fries, but seriously id probably trade a testicle for a hotdog on a bun.
