pbfit?

I am on the pre-op diet right now, I am supposed to do shakes 2x a day and then a high protein & low starch veggie meal. I was wondering if I can add PBfit to my shakes. I tried to call me Dr. but his office is closed Friday....anyone else allowed to use this?

I add 2 tablespoons of PB2 to mine. It's only 45 calories and has protein. I figure 45 calories is a small price to pay to make the shakes palatable.

I am two months post op and eat PBFit everyday as a night time snack. I add vanilla flavoring, a few packets of Splenda and 1 teaspoon of regular peanut butter (34 calories). Does anyone have thoughts on this?
