Unjury

Have you tried this? Is it the unflavored really as great as I've read other places online? I have a milk allergy. I was told not to be concerned with this one? Should I just wait til my consult? I am trying to make smoothies for breakfast. I already have all the fruit, yogurt, and small bags. Where to start?

I was thinking chicken broth and Unflavored. I am allergic to strawberries and chocolate.

I thought it being too warm would be an issue. It says 140 degrees. Possibly too cold could be too. Maybe I need to try the chicken soup recipe options. Possibly unflavored just isn't the one for me.

Fireflea mentioned this above, so I'll defer to her expertise, having not tried it myself, but apparently temperature is important when you mix in the powder. If it's too hot, it'll change the texture (and flavor, I would assume). The exception is the chicken soup...I think it says to add it only to hot Water.I though that it being too warm was the issue that I've read. So maybe I need to get that.
