The new me

My weight was 410. Surgery was Dec 18th. So I'm 4 months post open. Have lost 90lbs. Totally off of my insulin shots. Walking 2 miles daily &-working out at the gym. Want to lose 200lbs total. Hopefully over the next year I'll accomplish my goal

    WOW WOW WOW! That is great to see. I started at 417 and am hoping for 200 pounds also. Still waiting to be approved for surgery at this point so thanks for posting such a positive experience.
