Calories VERSE Exercise

I post everything I eat on fitness pal. It altomatic subtracts exercise from food. My ??? Does ur body really eliminate those calories like u never ate them when u exercise??? May sound like a dumb question but IJS or just asking???

    I have mine set so that it doesn't subtract those calories.

    I want any exercise to be in addition to my diet, not instead of it.
