Has anyone took regular gatorade and diluted it done to drink post op of 6 days and can not seem to tolerate g2 or any of the water enhancer packs in my water.

If it works for you, why not? You need to get fluids in. Then on Monday, call your surgical team for advice. Good luck to you.

Yes. I have diluted pedialyte also when I had issues with liquid intake. Anything helps to stave off dehydration. Good luck!

I totally agree with the other posters above. Do whatever you have to do in order to get in enough fluids to not become dehydrated. I struggled very badly with a few bouts of dehydration, and trust me its not fun.

Thanks all i was worried that i would not dilute enough but so far doing ok.

I was sick all last week and it was the only thing that would make me feel better. I say as long as you don't make it a habit and it helps Why not try it.

Have you tried Vitamin Water Zero? I like the dragon fruit and Aci-blueberry-pomegranate flavors. Zero calories and a great alternative (I find) to Gatorade.

I stay away from Gatorade because there's still a decent amount of added sugar that if you can live without in your diet you'll easily have better weight loss results. I usually drink Powerade Zero, no calories and no sugar.
