Lap band out / sleeve in

I had my revision on Monday April 6. Today is Friday and I'm still experiencing abdominal discomfort. At times, while I'm drinking strange things are happening in my stomach. Sometimes it feels like spasm and sometimes it feels like hunger pains and sometimes it's gargling. Normal???? Last night I woke up with heartburn. I have anxiety and hate to get myself all worked up over something that's normal. Any advice out here????

My surgeon advises to take a chewable Pepcid twice a day for at least 6 months post op. Even with that my sleeve roars, gurgles, and is down right loud. You should speak to your doctor to see if he/she has some recommendations. Good luck!

I also take a PPI twice daily. I had stomach acid pretty bad the first week, and that was when I went to a twice a day dosage. The 2x daily did the trick for me! It seems to be common when newly post op to take acid blockers for the first few months. Also, Acid can cause the rumblings and even a hunger-like rumbling sensation. I am 4 weeks post-op, everything just gets better every single day.
