How does everyone manage to take all of their vitamins they need if you can only do a sip of water at a time?

      My multi vitamin and B12 are sublingual and just dissolve in my mouth. I was taking a chewable but after surgery it made me sick so went to the sublingual made by Nature Made. This helps
