There aren't specific exercises I did. I play sports, and that's about it. I guess that's just how my skin goes? But I do have excess, loose skin that hangs down. It's just in the lower stomach, so covered by the shorts in most of the pictures. Sorry I don't have anything better to share. Good luck!
