Ate toy glad you had the sleeve instead of bypass?

you look amazing! How often do you exercise? And what exercises have you done to tone your abs? I'm so worried about my midsection and the potential for excess skin.

You're an inspiration! Looking forward to being on the loser's bench!

Awesome job!

@@brandnewme2015 thanks!

I exercise HARD and LONG twice a week, cardio. Aside from that, I try to get at least another day in per week of light exercise or strength training. Plus I chase around a toddler full time.

I haven't done any specific ab work. I actually have some pretty horrible looking loose skin, but it's covered by the shorts in the picture. My stomach is the last place I gain, so it's usually the first place I lose. Just luck, I guess.

Good luck to you!!

Awesome results! You look great..keep up the great work. I'm so encouraged as I will be celebrating my 1 month post op tomorrow - woohoo!

Wow - this is impressive. You look wonderful. Very motivational. I just got insurance approval today, hope to get scheduled soon.

Wow you look amazing!

You look fabulous!!! You're an inspiration to me. I want to be able to lose the belly & back fat like you did. Thank you for sharing!!! Now I can't wait for my surgery to be done so I can be on my way to looking like that.

Shut the front door.......You look fabulous. I can hardly wait for my turn. Keep up the good work and thanks for being such an inspiration!

You go girl! Looking great!

If you don't me asking...what did you do for exercises to be able to lose all the fat without having the excess loose skin? I want to be sure to do the same so I can have the same results.

I would like to know what to do also to lose the fat
