Always call the Dr. if you are concerned. Try putting pillows around your torso at night, in bed, to prevent you from turning so much. Prop them where you tend to turn. It might be enough to stop you

I am 2 weeks out today and last night I turned wrong in my sleep and was yelling in pain. This morning I am really sore on my stomach and just don't feel good. I am hoping I just strained myself but has anyone had a tear at this point? I am worried I might have done something worse.
