Bodybugg users report here!

Hi, well, I've been reading the bodybugg reports and finally got one after not being able to lose a pound after 6 weeks. I was banded on February 13, 2007. At that time, I weighed 271.4. Six weeks ago, I weighed in at 246 and went back up to 249 due to fat loss/muscle gain. (Not complaining there) that is where I stayed until now. I wasn't depressed since I thought I was doing everything right. I was eating less and excercising more. Well, at least that is what I thought until I got the bodybugg. Pudin' was a big inspiration for that one. I've had the BB for 3 days now and I finally broke through the plateu. I'm right back to 246 with more fat loss and muscle gain. It's so exciting.

I guess I needed lapband and armband. I'm just banded everywhere. LOL!! It really is motivating to see where you are at with the numbers. Even though I was exercising my butt off, it still wasn't enough and now, I know how much more I have to exercise through the day. It's fun to see the scale going down again. Finally!!!

Anyways, I think we should log our stats for the bodybugg on here. It's really fun!!

So far, 3lb weight loss on the bodybugg/lapband from June 4-7. YEAH!!!

The bodybugg is meant to be worn on the right arm. There are sensors on the bodybugg that detect body temp and air temp and if you have it on the left arm, those sensors will be backwards. Now if you

I just checked the tracking again, and it's been delivered!! 2 and a half hours to go!

Is it easy to set up, and does it take very long?

it's easy to install with the wizard. Plan on about 15 minutes to answer questionaires about how you eat and such.

Navigating the website is a bit awkward at first but if you can deal with this forum you'll be able to get around the site after a bit. :)

I love mine so much.

I didn't bring my USB cord to work to download calories burned, so I have to wait to get home to know. I hope it's a but load. I ran and did the stair master at lunch time. I'm doing this insance cardio/weight thing at 4. I did both so I could compare calories burned. Super geeky, but I'm a dork....

:( 's ok!

Here's another question for you... I'm going out of town this coming weekend, and I won't have internet access. Will it keep my info until I come back, or what? I will have my laptop with me, but I don't think I want to pay the $40 they want for internet access while I'm there.

I know I can find all this out for myself when I get home, but I'm just so excited, I could just about bust!

I don't know.. I HOPE it will store it cause over thanksgiving I'll be at my grandparents for 3 days. Hmmm... I'll ask my BB coach on Wednesday night

Hi don't know of any coupons and all they are giving off now is $20.00. I must of got in on a one day sale when I bought mine but it worries me because if still says pending so I emailed 24 hour fitness about if because I found out you can't call they just refer you back to the web site. I hope to hear something soon. I at least would like to know my bugg is on the way. I just can't wait to get it!!!!

as long as your battery doesn't run out it'll store 14 days worth of info - take extra batteries and when it buzzes a lot change it

yes you did...they are playing with the prices today because I got the digital displays for $59.97 with an additional $20 off because it was over $100 because I ordered two. So with S&H I paid $53.86 each instead of the $99.95 they are saying it is right now.

24 hour fitness is the biggest joke I have seen for a online retailer. I wanted to let the forum know that if you get your order your fine but if not you are in for a rude awakening. You can not contact these folks in any way, shape or form and they all have the same response. "Can you go in to your 24hour fitness branch and ask them?" I dont even have a store here in OKC so this is such a joke.

Ok, I got my bugg, got it activated, and I'm all set up! So far, it is showing a deficit of 600 calories, but since I didn't wear it all day, I'll take that with a grain of salt. But it does feel good!
