Hi, well, I've been reading the bodybugg reports and finally got one after not being able to lose a pound after 6 weeks. I was banded on February 13, 2007. At that time, I weighed 271.4. Six weeks ago, I weighed in at 246 and went back up to 249 due to fat loss/muscle gain. (Not complaining there) that is where I stayed until now. I wasn't depressed since I thought I was doing everything right. I was eating less and excercising more. Well, at least that is what I thought until I got the bodybugg. Pudin' was a big inspiration for that one. I've had the BB for 3 days now and I finally broke through the plateu. I'm right back to 246 with more fat loss and muscle gain. It's so exciting.

I guess I needed lapband and armband. I'm just banded everywhere. LOL!! It really is motivating to see where you are at with the numbers. Even though I was exercising my butt off, it still wasn't enough and now, I know how much more I have to exercise through the day. It's fun to see the scale going down again. Finally!!!

Anyways, I think we should log our stats for the bodybugg on here. It's really fun!!

So far, 3lb weight loss on the bodybugg/lapband from June 4-7. YEAH!!!

Ok after not losing a thing for a year...I purchased it I just bought an elliptical machine 2 weeks ago and starting using that but it will be great to have the combination of both. I figured I've joined gyms before and didn't use em so spending the $229 is cheap compared to joining another one. I'm looking forward to giving it a whirl to get my ARS moving in the right directions hee hee.

I dont think the slimmer one has come out just yet, but I hear its in the not too distant future. I just couldnt wait any longer though

Suzzie how long did it take before your shipped? The first email said 24-48 hours and that i would get a confirmation email once it had shipped. Well I ordered it on Wednesday and still no email. I am so impatient.

Babygrl - I got my email about a minute after I clicked the purchase now button. If you haven't received an email you should call the company your order may not of gone through. Did you get any kind of email from 24hourfitness? I also got one for signing up to the website.

I got an email that the order was received and the 24-48 hours msg. The next day I got the email with the UPS tracking number - I did the free ground delivery. My Bugg left San Ramon Cali on the 16th, left San Pablo Cali on the 17th... arrived in Lenexa KS on the 18th, then is now in Kansas City KS. I live in a suburb of KC MO, so it's only about 20 minutes from me. Lol! I want it NOW!... but have to wait.

Grrrrrrrrrrrr. Dammit. Now I am pissed especially since I paid extra for fast shipping. I will have to call. I know it went through because my card was charged. Argh. I hate being that impatient girl lol.

Okay now I am effing pissed. I ordered this on wednesday and when I checked my bank account online there was a pending transaction for the purchase. I just checked my account now and the purchase has disappeared. WTF??? So now I don't know if it was even ordered or not and I can't call until Monday to find out. I expected to have the damn thing on Monday. Ugh I just want to cry. I friggin paid extra money for fast shipping and they can't even get my order right. I am so frustrated.

That is why I never pay extra for 'fast' shipping. THey just take too long! When I take the free (or cheapest) shippment possible I expect things to take longer.

That does suck though! Can you call tomorrow and see about getting your shipping charge re-funded?

I am going to call and see if they even put the damn thing through. If not I will be complaining and receiving overnight shipping if they want my business.

I was thinking that where you said you'd seen the charge on your card, then it went away - I looked online at my card and haven't seen the charge yet. It's so weird! I want to pay it off but the charge just isn't there! YOu think we'll get so lucky as to not get billed? Lol!!

I will let you know what I find out today. The charge was on there immediately after I ordered. I wanted to check and see since I was not sure how much I had in the bank account. That is just too weird. But at least you know yours is on it's way. Mine is not. Boooooooooooooooooooooo.

I've been going back and forth trying to decide if i should purchase the BB. It's really expensive and just want to make sure it is going to be worth it. Haven't heard from the OP in a while. Are you still using the BB and how much weight have you lost since purchasing the BB?

I have had the bodybugg for 1 week and lost 6lbs since I started using it. I think seeing the results on the screen has really helped me, plus being held accountable for all food logging makes me think twice about eating something! I have a heart rate monitor I have used for a year and I loved it. This gadget takes it a step about...I love this thing!!
