Bodybugg users report here!

Hi, well, I've been reading the bodybugg reports and finally got one after not being able to lose a pound after 6 weeks. I was banded on February 13, 2007. At that time, I weighed 271.4. Six weeks ago, I weighed in at 246 and went back up to 249 due to fat loss/muscle gain. (Not complaining there) that is where I stayed until now. I wasn't depressed since I thought I was doing everything right. I was eating less and excercising more. Well, at least that is what I thought until I got the bodybugg. Pudin' was a big inspiration for that one. I've had the BB for 3 days now and I finally broke through the plateu. I'm right back to 246 with more fat loss and muscle gain. It's so exciting.

I guess I needed lapband and armband. I'm just banded everywhere. LOL!! It really is motivating to see where you are at with the numbers. Even though I was exercising my butt off, it still wasn't enough and now, I know how much more I have to exercise through the day. It's fun to see the scale going down again. Finally!!!

Anyways, I think we should log our stats for the bodybugg on here. It's really fun!!

So far, 3lb weight loss on the bodybugg/lapband from June 4-7. YEAH!!!

The bodybugg is meant to be worn on the right arm. There are sensors on the bodybugg that detect body temp and air temp and if you have it on the left arm, those sensors will be backwards. Now if you

im using the large band as well and every once in awhile it does feel too loose/tight. i just adjust it either way.

where on your arm are you wearing it? i found my comfort spot is about 4 inches above my elbow.

i have the large band too, but will soon need to switch to the small band... i cant find a happy medium ... :D

I have that problem. This week it felt too loose so I adjusted it and now it a bit tight.

It looks like is tighter than it feels.

I use the small band but have it really loose, I can't find a happy medium either as sometimes its tooooo tight and other times it does nothing but slip down and drive me nuts...I've :eek:thought about using duct tape on occasion....

LOL Renee.

anyone watch biggest loser last night? i noticed some of them had a bugg on.

It looked to me like they all did, except during the weigh-in.

At first I thought it was only the Blue Team, but then I saw it on all players.

OK, I'm in LOVE with the BB watch. It makes such a difference to me to be able to see where I am calorie-burn wise in the middle of the day (I can't plug in my BB at work). Wow. I'm re-motivated. Woohoo!

I went ahead and ordered mine last night.

One question... Do you have to actually wear the watch? Or can it work if you just put it on your desk, etc.?

i personally do not like the watch band. the device can be detached from the band and has a little clip.

i normally clip it on my shirt or put it in my pocket.

BE CAREFUL though. i dont think it would like being washed... :)

attached is a (crappy) picture. it is on my left side you can kinda see it a bit...

Funny thing today… I work in an office where you have to be bonded/ licensed. One of my clients came in and asked about my Bodybugg. He asked if it was a police tracking device like those ankle bracelets…..The girls in the office just started cracking up…

I am thinking of purchasing the bodybugg....It is wonderful to read all of the positive feedback Are there two different ones? Armband or Watch?

I don't understand. Is 24HourFitness selling these with the first 3 months for $99??? Their website is still selling this for $349. Am I misunderstanding? If it's $99, I'm in, but I'd have to rethink $349.
