Well, now it looks like she might be going back to the slammer. Apparently, the judge that sentenced her specifically ordered no release with electronic monitoring. There's a hearing tomorrow morning to see if the sheriff's department was in contempt of court when they released her to house arrest.

The shit has hit the fan for the princess. My husband heard she is having trouble going to the bathroom with people watching and is talking to her shrink about it.

I hadn't been following this since her release; I assumed after that all the news stories were just focusing over and over on that. I'm glad to hear she may be going back.

Hey, I find her release under home detention to be so offensive. Driving under the influence of alcohol is a serious offence. My friend Alastair was killed by a drunk driver in 1991. He was only 21 years old. Of course the drunk survived with only bruising and scratches, and got a pathetically light penalty. This is serious. You can kill other road users if you drive under the influence of alcohol and other illicit substances.
