Hello,

Just finding this site. I've almost completed with my 6 month supervised dieting; had my blood work and scheduled for the upper GI. I'm excited but nervous too. I've been reading some of the forum post and realized I've got a lot of work ahead of me. I've given up my diet coke and all carbonation; next is the sweet tea. That's going to be very difficult. Wish me luck.

Good luck! I just got through jumping through all the hoops, too. Just got my date. Now the tummy is doing flip flops, I'm soo excited, and nervous at the same time! (& the EGD is no big deal...really)

You will be amazed at the things you will give up, change in order for this WLS to be successful! Keep up the great work- sweet tea doesn't have a chance.

You can do it and you will be surprised how much the sleeve will help.
