Help!

I'm 9 months out and I feel like I'm failing. I'm hungry all the time I'm stuck at about 185 I started at 250. I'm needing some advice on where to start over or how to get back on track any advice is appreciated! No bashing please!

Nobody should bash you! I'm not an expert but I've heard people do a "pre-op" type liquid diet for a week- and it can help. Have you always been hungry after surgery or is this new? @@britt1511

My iPad ate my long and eloquent reply, so I'll summarize. Go back to the basics. Re-read your post-op instructions and follow the program to the best of your ability. You may not see a dramatic weight drop right away, but you will lose weight and get to your goal.

Good luck.

Thank you guys! No my hunger just started this last month or two. I will definitely do those things, I just don't want to fall back into bad habits I think I'll start to do a journal. Thank you again!

I am almost 5 months out, and I do feel actual hunger sometimes but it's not bad. You may want to up your Protein intake and make sure you are eating high protein calories. I did no snacking the first 4 months but now I find having a protein packed snack between my meals really helps and I am still losing weekly.

Good luck and I hope you can find what works for you!!
