Thank you guys! No my hunger just started this last month or two. I will definitely do those things, I just don't want to fall back into bad habits I think I'll start to do a journal. Thank you again!

I'm 9 months out and I feel like I'm failing. I'm hungry all the time I'm stuck at about 185 I started at 250. I'm needing some advice on where to start over or how to get back on track any advice is appreciated! No bashing please!

Malq1990 how far out are you? And how tall are you I weighed about the same when I started I'm only 3 months out though I know it varies

Yea that's since surgery! It's going very well I'm excited for you it's an awesome not easy journey lol

Mine was June 3rd I only lost 10 pounds pre op

I'm doing good also lost about 45 lbs. I've had 2 times I had to go get fluid I was very dehydrated because of throwing up but other than that everything is going good! Good luck with your surgery

Sleeved June 3rd Hw: 250 Sw: 239 Cw: 224 I have been going from 223-225 it's frustrating but I've read about the stalls also, so I'm hoping soon it will get better.

I didn't think about that, but that's very true I'm not regular anymore either!

I'm almost 4 weeks and have lost 25 pounds and can't get past 224 either. I was getting discouraged tell I read this!

Ill have to check into some of those. Im just worried of getting really sick because I'm not getting my protein

I'm about 2 weeks post op and having problems with getting in all my protein. Does anyone have any suggestions the shakes make me want to puke and it takes me all day to drink one.
