I'm 9 months out and I feel like I'm failing. I'm hungry all the time I'm stuck at about 185 I started at 250. I'm needing some advice on where to start over or how to get back on track any advice is appreciated! No bashing please!

Thank you guys! No my hunger just started this last month or two. I will definitely do those things, I just don't want to fall back into bad habits I think I'll start to do a journal. Thank you again!

Malq1990 how far out are you? And how tall are you I weighed about the same when I started I'm only 3 months out though I know it varies -
Yea that's since surgery! It's going very well I'm excited for you it's an awesome not easy journey lol

Mine was June 3rd I only lost 10 pounds pre op

I'm doing good also lost about 45 lbs. I've had 2 times I had to go get fluid I was very dehydrated because of throwing up but other than that everything is going good! Good luck with your surgery

Sleeved June 3rd Hw: 250 Sw: 239 Cw: 224 I have been going from 223-225 it's frustrating but I've read about the stalls also, so I'm hoping soon it will get better. -

I'm almost 4 weeks and have lost 25 pounds and can't get past 224 either. I was getting discouraged tell I read this! -
I'm about 2 weeks post op and having problems with getting in all my protein. Does anyone have any suggestions the shakes make me want to puke and it takes me all day to drink one.

Hello! I'm 22 and I'm wanting to get the sleeve I have two boys and someday I hope to have one more kid. My mom is scared and doesn't want me to get the sleeve she wants me to get the lap band but I've read that so many people have had tons of complications, she's afraid I won't be able to have more kids or gaining weight while pregnant and not losing it. If anyone has any suggestions or comments they would be appreciated. thanks again!

Good thank you! I had surgery a week ago I'm on the full liquid diet I have bad days, like wanting something to chew but I'm hanging in their! Also my mom has been very supportive!

I'm doing really good still a little sore at times. Can't wait to lift again and hopefully get to pureed foods Tuesday! Tired of the liquids.

I had my surgery Tuesday i was very nauseated and in a lot of pain. Today I'm feeling so much better just ready to go home!! Having troubles drinking what I need cause my stomach fills up to fast.

My surgery is the 3rd and I'm getting really nervous also! I need to go buy things also I just have a 3 year old boy to feed so he's pretty easy to please but I keep wondering if I'm making the right decision also
