Stage 2

Ok so I'm always reading something different about the lap band. I have my book the dietician gave but I'm still curious what experienced banners have to say. Could you please tell me the length of stage 2 full liquids and what full liquids are? Thank you so much.

My full liquids was for six weeks post op. That is longer than most here. But it's my surgeon's protocol and it did greatly jump start my weight loss. I lost fifty pounds before my first fill.

Full liquids included:

Soup

Jello

pudding

Yogurt

Anything I ran through the blender (I got creative)

Soup

Protein shakes

Did I mention soup?

I lived on soup.

I was never so happy to chew food as I was at six weeks.
