I been banded for 9 days. Can I do muskies stage and full liquids or should I just stay on liquids?

Thank you. Deep breathing hurt but I'm trying. I just gas x and walking. Tummy just hurts to walk so trying g to adjust to do it. -

So I just started my liquid diet. 3 shakes and 1 meal. I have isopure shakes and they are gross. I don't know how I'm gonna do this.
